design notes
objective: to design a table, which has a sidetable contained within and hence increases the area to serve from, but does not take up extra space when not in use.
design: a round piece has another round cutout of smaller diameter in the centre. four legs are fixed on the underside of the outer circle. four or more wheels are fixed perpendicular to the inner side of the circle protruding over the edge on the underside of the surface. the inner disc has four legs fixed to it which are a fraction shorter to allow the inner table to spin.
atop this inner table sits a same size disk(known as a lazy susan) with nonslip rubber on the underside which allows them both to spin or sit on the wheels in case the inner table is taken out and replaced by the disk.
